1. We ship once a week on Fridays using USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail.
2.  All packages are insured as they are one of a kind.

Returns and Refunds:
1.  We do not offer returns or refunds as items are one of a kind.
2.  If items are damaged or lost in shipping, we will review these on a case-by-case basis. Photos will be required
